"Horrible Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Room Maintenance
We booked a room at Best Western for September 24–25, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, and the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected for the price we paid.
The room had spiders and spider webs in multiple areas, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The carpet was torn and visibly worn out, and the overall condition of the room raised...

"The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes.
Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

"Rooms were clean but need attention. Tv didn’t allow streaming. Beautiful view of the stream from the balcony and saw a bear walking the stream. We had a room right next to the Mystery Mansion (Halloween weekend, not sure it is always this way) but heard loud sounds and chain saw til late. The staff was amazing and changed our room. No bar/restaurant. Free continental breakfast was 6/10 IMO."
