"This is a self check/in, which I have done before. I was sent a confirmation with check-in code and told I would be in the forest room. I got to the Inn late, after the PLL lacrosse games and dropping my son off. Around 11:30. When I got to the forest room, someone else was asleep in the room. Thankfully they had used the chain lock on the door, and I saw them asleep. I was exhausted, didn’t want to wake the person sleeping in the room, and called Jesse and who is the manager. "Great location... close to Natick Mall and the highway."

"Awful"

"We stayed at the hotel for one night, but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room, only to be moved to one that smelled even worse. To make matters worse, when we asked for an extra pillow later that night, we were told that the hotel had none available. This was a very disappointing experience and fell well below basic hospitality standards."

"The saying "you get what you for" applies here. Because the only thing that negated this overnight visit was an odor. Possibly smoke. I then woke up in the morning needing to cough and air out the room, so the distinct smell was less profound. Another observation was the tub. I can tell that it has been used quite a bit. A replacement is likely needed in the near future. Besides these two things no other issues. Semi recent renovation that makes justifies the price."

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"Our room had the worst lighting of any hotel we have stayed in. The only mirror was in the bathroom. All other hotels we have stayed in had a full-length mirror so the ladies can check out their attire. The bathroom had no hooks to hang up bath towels. We used the coat hangers. The toilet seat was terrible loose. I tried to tighten it but it would not tighten. The bedsheets were coarse, too coarse for a Marriott hotel. The lighting in the room was poor. "Ice machine didn’t work, rooms were run down, beds were so uncomfortable and the place was a dump. Luckily we didn’t have to shower because it was full of mold. Paid $200 to stay there and NEVER AGAIN would I even think about it"

"Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay."

"Staying after World Cup, it was 500 dollars a night. No problem. The air was blowing hot air, it was miserable. Reported the problem was told no one was available to work on it…. I said I won’t be able to sleep. I’m sorry I will add points. After I couldn’t take it anymore I said I need my money back it won’t give me another room. This is 1030 pm fyi. Finally get in new room. Horrible."
