I called office and after hour numbers to get help and no answer. I texted no answer. I called Travelocity to get help and finally got a text back from office with check in info. Get into the room which was nice, but no WiFi Had no WiFi for the entire stay. Wouldn’t return "

"My son and I stayed here during a 2 week National parks trip. We both absolutely loved this place. It was nestled back in the woods but really nice and very clean. On this trip we stayed in many small motels and hotels but this was one of our favorites."

"Cleanliness: Very neat and clean rooms. Fresh sheets and towels. Communication: Fantastic communication. Accidentally left a toiletry bag and some items in the fridge and we promptly got a call to ask if we still wanted the items. Property Condition: The room itself was well maintained. One of the lightbulbs was out and the light switch panel was broken but no major issues. All of the amenities that came with the stay worked with no issues i.e. Fridge, TV, and WiFi. Area around the property: The nature area around the room and cabins was absolutely stunning. Even during the winter, the property was a dream to walk around. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants immediately near by so prepare to bring your own food or drive ~30 minutes. "
