"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we requested for extra towels and toiletries when their helping staff not available, the receptionist provided to us without any complaints. The location of the hotel is the major plus point. 2mins walking to the beach, wright brothers memorial and any other major attractions. The issue we had was with the elevators, one day both the elevators was out of service and then next day they were able to fix just one out of the two. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"Ken, the gentleman who takes care of the property was a gem! I asked for something I needed in the suite and he got it very quickly. Moreover he learned it was my birthday weekend and left a bottle of non alcoholic “bubbly” iced down in a wine bucket with a very dear note wishing me a happy “60th” birthday even though he knew it was many more years than that!😉 The suite was very comfortable and had everything you’d need in the kitchen as well as beach towels. The location was very near everything too! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed 4 nights over Labor Day Weekend. Very first time to the Outer Banks! Location is great, close to anything you might need and sits right ON the beach. Beach towels & beach chairs available is a great perk. Breakfast was nice and THE MUFFINS were delicious. Fresh fruit and yogurt in addition to hot cooked food and a waffle station allowed for different options each morning. The woman (sorry to have forgotten her name) was so pleasant and greeted everybody as they entered and said “have a great day” as you left. The wine and cheese hour is a nice touch, as well as the fresh popcorn and the 8pm cookies. And that blue mat that is at the end of the deck going onto the beach is fantastic. Made it so much easier to make it back up with arms carrying chairs and coolers. I was nicely surprised at the great water pressure in the shower. Larger “hotel” size refrigerator was very helpful to keep beverages and sandwich makings cold. Oh and the REAL furniture decor made it very homey. Plenty of lights. We will definitely be back again (hopefully soon) Thank you for a nice stay and introction to Nags Head OBX."
