"Very bad customer service at the front desk. They really don't care. First, no response to my messages on Expedia. I asked to arrange for the shuttle bus, but they completely ignored me. I ride the bus, then walk 20 minutes to reach the hotel. When I arrived, the lady carelessly said, you have to call us... (How will I call you if I don't have a local phone number?) ... Second, I asked them immediately to arrange for the shuttle bus to go back to the airport tomorrow, but she said there is no shuttle service during the weekend... No slippers in the bathroom. They mentioned they have snacks available on the weekend. When I asked about it, the front desk said not available today.
