"Excellent staff, always friendly & helpful. Outstanding location one block from historical centre. Lovely spacious room, modern bathroom. The only negative: parking is not €10/day. The parkade next to the hotel allows 15 min free. But a full day is €16.50 = €33 for 2 days. Luckily street parking up a hill as suggested by reception. . "Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300. "
