"Breakfast is amazing. I love breakfast.
The shuttle service is free from airport to hotel but it's very difficult to find the shuttle as the airport is huge. It's supposed to be 2f or 2e but always make sure to call and notified your arrival. I had issues in finding the shuttle and need to take an uber. Staff is friendly and they even took care of my handcarry as I was going to visit city centre."

"DONT STAY HERE - TERRIBLE DAY MANAGER
One staff ruined entire stay.
Night manager was great but morning staff contradicted what night staff said.
They charged for morning lobby coffee by the cup NOT refillable! Charges full breakfast buffet when no food but 2 rolls were left. And his reasoning was “no one told me”, when the desk is not staffed.
Dirty airport transportation.
I would not recommend to anyone if the day manager works there, he is argumentative, rude and scams people to pay what...

"フライト変更で急遽パリに行くことになり宿泊しました。空港から無料の電車でホテルエリアに到着しホテル名が書いてある方に進んでいけばすぐ着きます。駅から徒歩5分もかかりません。チェックインの際もフライト変更で数時間前に急遽予約した事など説明すると大丈夫だよと言ってもらえたりチェックアウトの際も滞在時間が短くて睡眠不足だったのですが飛行機でしっかり寝れる方法を冗談で言ってくれたりと寝るだけの滞在でしたがみなさん親切でした。時間があればカフェやホテル施設なども利用してみたかったです"
