"Front desk staff were great. Shuttle driver and waitress at the bar were rude. Room was very clean but lots of old room service trays in hallway. Shuttle was a nightmare. Hard to find in cdg and waited over 45 minutes. Then van shows up with only 6 seats but about 15 people were waiting. Took an uber back to our flight home the next morning instead of dealing with shuttle."

"The hotel is off terminal three and that’s convenient.
The room is ok for the purpose, stay overnight till next flight.
No coffee or tea in the room but it’s available next morning at the breakfast buffet.
The restaurant is small but the food was very good and the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was a buffet and it was ok."

"Hallway and room smelt like actual sewage and they seemed to be unaware or unconcerned. Walls in room were dirty. TV didn’t work on arrival. Restaurant at an airport hotel required reservations!?!?! Room had crazy design with sharp corners in dark hallways resulting in a painful hip injury. I would not stay here again."
