We checked in the evening prior to our very early morning flight out of RDU to prevent from having to drive an hour and a half at 3am on the day of our flight. "I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

"This is pretty clearly a low grade hotel. The floors are so water damaged in the bathroom that they are unsticking from the floor. The floors in the rooms are deeply scratched from the furniture moving back and forth. All but 1 of our towels had mysterious brown stains on them. The sheets on our second bed (booked a king deluxe and was moved to a double queen without telling us) were also stained in a very "that looks like a certain bodily fluid" way. The door to the room had to be slammed in...

"We were upgraded to the presidential suite for our honeymoon and a bottle of champagne was waiting in our room when we got there. They made our wedding night so special. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice place to stay and modern. Breakfast was good and they vary it daily. The pool was nice and didn't have 2 story rooms over looking it. The location was close to the airport and the freeway. Front desk was accommodating and even gave me a shaving razor I forgot. There's a gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Food/ drink was close and we suggest Bottledogs. Many draft beers and food was good. Friendly staff."

"The front desk agents were very pleasant and after a day of traveling and two canceled flights, they were a breath of fresh air. The hotel is outdated and smelled bad. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but we were too tired to inquire about changing rooms/hotels. It was ok for a few hours to get some rest but I wouldn’t stay there again even if it’s for convenience."
