"Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues during our visit. The property itself was well maintained, parking was easy and convenient, and the grounds were pleasant. My biggest criticism is that the hotel didn’t quite match the impression given by the photos online. The pictures make it look much more modern than it actually is. We were unaware that there were no elevators, We booked the reservation through Expedia and if the elevator situation was listed, then I should have read everything a little better. After taking our luggage up one flight of stairs, we settled in and had a pleasant visit. For older guests, this may be something to consider."

"I ended up in a room next to their laundry room for the facilities, employees were washing at 11pm, the bed was shaking and noisy while they were doing their work. Nobody at office so, I called the number for the hotel, the employees who answered the phone call was upset because of the time, she hanged up. I couldn’t sleep well."
