"Uncomfortable beds and terrible pullout mattress"

"The inside of the hotel was absolutely immaculate. The hotel staff were so kind and always nice. The outside at the entrance door had tons of cigarettes butts all next to trash can. Trash all over behind the hotel on dog runs, lots of dog poop never picked up. Hotel workers sitting in vehicles with friends smoking pot, letting kids take over the pool. "It was amazing how kind the hostess who checked us in let us know that the pool was still open as she could see we were exhausted from the 100 degree heat that we had just rode 3 hours in on a motorcycle!!
