"Didn’t get any robes in my room which was disappointing, the pictures shown are a bit misleading and the actual rooms are much more dreary and much smaller, and the AC heating unit in the rooms just kinda sucks didn’t really work all that well so that was a bummer"

"Staff was amazing, room was clean and great. Only complaint I have is pulling unit he garage and garage parking is very compact so good luck if you have a truck. When pulling into the garage, you’ll see a bunch of scuff marks on the wall from all the cars pulling in (not literally all but a lot). Should have other options for bigger cars than Sedan size "

"Perfect location! Well situated between space needle and the public market. Provided snacks which were appreciated. And the room was stocked with body lotion. "

"Parking is terrible because it’s downtown and expensive, you don’t even know where your car is parked here though. They have no elevator, no amenities, if you want water you have to bring a water bottle or go downstairs every time you want a drink. Did I mention no elevator? Also the loudest room ever, we stayed on bourbon street and it wasn’t nearly this noisy."

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel. "

"Nice place to stay. Very low water pressure/flow from shower. We were on the 2nd floor. Also no robes in the room."

"Kind of disappointed The site stated a restaurant available- I found it was closed . The site said my room as ocean view but assigned to street view the rep. Was nice to move me up a room with ocean view but I didn’t see any ocean . 😕"
