"Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty, 2 nights in a row we found our “freshly cleaned” sheets soiled. When asking the front desk both nights for new sheets, they said they didn’t have any spares. We demanded switching rooms which they didn’t accommodate. Pool heater was broken, pool was freezing, too cold to even swim in. People were smoking marijuana in the stair well. Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had."

"Overall it's good for the area and right on the lake. Was charged an extra $70 at check in for their taxes which I haven't needed to do before when booking with Expedia. Frustrating thing was that they did not have enough pillows in the room and when we asked for more they said they do not have any extras. Had a room to sleep 4 and only had pillows on the king bed, none for the pullout queen so they literally didn't have enough in the room."

"The property was much more than I expected! The grounds were well maintained with a fire pit, pool and hot tub, a small mini golf are and laundry facilities. It felt like paradise. I would stay there again if I am back in the area. The price was right and the stay was amazing!"

"Room was visably dirty and sheets were stained. Pillows were about 5 cm thick and slips through the crack in the headboard. The shower backed up and the bathroom light had no cover, making the ceiling and insulation clear. This hotel should be max 80$ a night NOT $230…."

"This was a wonderful, very clean and cute cottage by the river. It was spacious, perfectly designed, and a great location with the river off the back porch. The town of Big Fork was within walking distance."

Whenever I made a phone call from our room, the fire alarms would go off, which was very strange and a little unsettling. "Booked a camping tent that was nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The fresh air was nice and the view on the horse ride was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom situation was not great and not so clean. Please fix this, you have a great place but you will turn away people if you cant figure that out. Food was decent for dinner but the breakfast was great."
