"This property is amazing! We've spent a week here every summer for 6yrs in a row, it's unbeatable. The location, the view, the people, the staff, nothing to complain about! The trail and creek behind the lodge are wonderful too, we walk the trail to the reservoir 1-2x each day. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, not just at the lodge but the town as a whole. We consider Ned to be like a second home to us! Highly recommend and will continue to stay here."

"This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras. "

"Parking garage is under the casino, so handy to the casino and hotel. The bar and grill in the hotel has good food and a good staff. We've eaten there each time we visit. People are friendly. Lots of gaming options."

"The hotel was good overall, although the staff specially the receptionist were not that great. I had to go to the receptionist 3 times because my key were not working unit i suggested to simply change the key. Again that could have been avoided if that was offered to me since the very beginning. Nor the service or guessing up for products prices in the little snack market they have inside. The day of my checkout, i approach the lady nicely to drop off the key and all i got was, ..." a finger...

"Courteous staff, wish had more variety in breakfast servings, and room would be cleaned a bit more frequently"

"Bathroom leak in the ceiling and pretty sure there was an elephant in the room above based on the very loud footsteps all night long. Complained about leak but seemed that they were short staffed although the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but seemed to be doing everything."

"The staff at the hotel was amazing. the room we booked had a noisy ac and the staff immediately addressed the issue and moved us to a different room and then moved us again the next day to an amazing upgrade that made our stay even better . The young women at the reception desk Jessy ( who also is the bartender ) and Dominique Grandfort were incredibly thoughtful and helpful . Thanks to Banas Shokrollahi their supervisor for ensuring a great stay"
