"Beautiful property with lovely rooms. I cannot rave enough about this hotel. The restaurant has delicious food and the sake bar is not to be missed. Aidan, the sake bartender, is knowledgeable about the sake and friendly. We will not stay anywhere else in Portland."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"The check in process was fast, rooms Were affordable and it was situated in an area with many choices to eat, my recommendation is the brewery a few blocks away. They have a bar and a nice breakfast. Not many options for snacks, they don have a few though, you may want to bring something with you if you want more variety."

"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"It’s absolutely ridiculous there is only street parking and the guest has to pay to park in the parking lot. A customer is already paying for the hotel, parking should be included instead of stressing about if you’re going to find a spot on the street"

"Room was clean; bed and pillows comfortable. King size room was good size. The safe didn’t work nor the fan in the bathroom. Wish they had filtered water avail. Tap from the bath only."

"Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again. "
