"The hotel is pleasant, but remains under renovation. Wifi in the room was poor to non-existent at various times, but the worst part of it was the unresponsiveness of staff to my polite but repeated entreaties to provide a remedy. I ended up spending much of my time in the lobby in order to access the internet. This was functional but inconvenient, and not what I paid for."
