"Breakfast not included which was fine with us. Asked at front desk where we could go get an espresso and they said we could just get it in the hotel breakfast room. All other hotels had either a hot pot in room or allowed a cup of coffee from breakfast restaurant. Went in and got it and my friend got hot water for tea. "Hotel Diana was lovely and very convenient. Both Philip and the day time Lady who worked behind the front desk, were great. Both helpful and kind - that goes a long way when you are tired and stressed from travel. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. If something was missing and you asked, it was delivered quickly. My only complaint is dealing with entitled people in the dining area - BUT that is certainly not the hotel's fault. "The hotel was ok 2 things that were very annoying is they charged 25 eur per person for 3 and 4 guest in room and wasn’t expecting that from the start. And then the air conditioning wasn’t work well at all we had to keep turning it on and off to reset it. But room was hot all night. Overall a disappointing experience"

"Staff very friendly, the air conditioning good because of heat wave. The breakfast was good and included many things: coffee, tea, different pastries, bread, butter, jam, fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced meat and cheese, personal pizza. Bathroom was clean. TV had several stations. Also location was good to walk to historic sites, train and bus stations and stores. I would stay again."
