Perfect for overnight stop en route N or S ,a pity really to write that, as out of winter it would be great with family, as they have a large garden , garden room with self cooking facilities. Also top class restaurants in pretty villages, a short drive away( but not walk). "

"Unfortunately the restaurant here closes at 9 pm , which wasn’t stated anywhere when booking so we were not able to eat in there after a very long day driving The lady on reception was extremely helpful and suggested we could order from uber eats and we ate this in the restaurant area rather than on the beds in our room Hotel was clean and basic , possibly a tad overpriced compared to others we stay in Parking easy and location great just off main drag"
