"TV remote would not work properly. Connected front desk, was told someone would come fix it, no one came to fix it. Front desk clerk had an “I don’t care” attitude. I will sleep in the car before I stay at a Hampton Inn again."

"I've stayed at this property many times in the past, however breakfast, on 1 May was not up to par. They ran out of waffle batter and bread for toast. Additionally there wasn't any biscuit and gravy available either. First time for everything, but this will not stop me from staying next time I go to Rome, GA"

"Showed up around 9 pm. The front desk associate (a younger man) asked if I’d be interested in sleeping with him. I politely declined and went to my room. He later came knocking at my door around 1130 pm. I did not open the door. As a female traveling alone, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING."

"Room was very clean as was bathroom. I feel the person who checked us in should learn to be more personable. After many hours travelling with traffic jams a smiling face would have been appreciated but other than that it was a very good stay and continental breakfast was good. Recommend it and good value too"

"My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the blood. No, they simply took the same sheets and placed them on my bed. I asked the sheets to be changed that night. The front desk offered to call housekeeping. I waited in my room for 15-20 minutes no one came. I went downstairs again and front desk said “oh they didn’t answer so I guess they’re not here. We can’t change your sheets “ The manager refused to refund me for my trip. Then when I speak with Expedia, the hotel manager says “oh well she should’ve checked out if she had an issue” In the middle of the night? With an early morning flight? I was supposed to check out and either find another hotel or sleep in my car? I tried to overlook so much and when a real issue arose, they did nothing to address it. The breakfast was sad, the batter for the waffles machine tastes like it may be expired, the coffee watery, and the printing service they offer doesn’t work. The only pleasant part of my stay was leaving."
