"The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the bell boy to the chamber main the attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. The beds and pillows were excellent. I highly recommend the premium level. It includes discounts, breakfast, happy hour, and light refreshments. It is close to many historical landmarks. It is also close to the light rail. If you arrive at AIFA airport, it is very convenient. We took the train and saved a lot. We would definitely be back."

We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, both during the day and in the evening. The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having so many amenities nearby, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
