"Amazing setting, in the middle of the jungle. Accommodation was amazing and the staff (Ning and May) couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy the place to the full. Ooh, and a fabulous breakfast.."

"Excellent check in and very accommodating staff. Rooms are basic yet comfortable and clean. Hot water with shower and great sized fridge.
There were three really sweet dogs in the surrounding area and I particularly liked how the staff at hotel appeared to be looking out for these strays, said a lot about the staff at the hotel so got big thumbs up from me.
There's a selection of items that can be purchased to eat or drink at reasonable cost. Staff member on check on was super helpful...
"Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "
"You do not get a room you get a little house with outdoor shower. A big terrace with very comfortably lounge chairs Thai style.
Surroundings are green and lush and in the lake you see fish catching insects. The only “noice” are birds singing.
The beach is a 10 minute walk where the ThaiLife lunch and dinner place is. They also offer beach chairs and massage. It’s all very reasonably priced.

Le lodge est sympa même si c’est un peu serré pour 5 personnes. Mais c’est le but du jeu. La piscine est très propre et le petit déjeuner correct. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont à faire. Les guides sont à l’heure et toujours souriants. "
