A beautifully calming hotel. The grounds are lush tropical trees, you feel as if you are in the jungle, not by the beach. Then you walk through the trees and are met by a beautiful beach club/resturant, loungers and a fantastic beach. Of note, the hotel pool is beautiful too, with many loungers and cabanas. The hotel isn’t near (walkable) to the nearest habitation, but free bikes are available. There are other restaurants along the beach, if you want something different to the hotel. The room (garden) was absolutely fantastic, one of the best in a beach resort that I have stayed in over many years of travelling. Breakfast was al a carte - fantastic choices and a fresh pastry basket brought around to the table - some were better than I have had in Paris! Staff were wonderful, engaging, on point and anticipated your needs- properly trained. It is adults only, which was key for us and noise levels when relaxing by the pool/beach. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing beach stay, I would highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and returned for our wedding anniversary celebration. It blew us away 10 years ago and it did not disappoint us on our return! There had been some updates made but the whole feel to place had not changed, it is a little piece of tranquility. The staff are all so friendly and could not do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. The food is fabulous, the spa and the therapists are fantastic, overall there is nothing I would change about this place… a little slice of heaven!

The Sarojin’s a small boutique style hotel set in beautifully maintained gardens about 15mins drive north of Khao Lak. The staff are welcoming, the food’s delicious (includes an all day breakfast) and the rooms are generous in size and comfortable. We have been four times and highly recommend it.

Great hotel with great service and location. Amazing New Year’s Eve celebration, great trips and great pool area. Only negative is that I found the breakfast options very boring as I wanted more thai options instead of English food. Apart from that it was great

Great Hotel

Great experience, clean hotel whuch offers a calm & relaxing environment. Free use of water sport equipment, such as paddel boards, kayak, bodybords, meant plenty to keep you entertained.

Wonderful week of utter relaxation

Amazing ! A little haven of beautiful tranquility. Equisite describes this gorgeous luxury, small hotel. The breakfast is the best I have ever had ! The lay out is superb and the architecture couldn’t be better. It’s so pretty. The beach is great with an extremely comfortable, cold bar and restaurant behind it. The rooms are great and every finishing touch you could imagine, so much thought has been put into everything. The library is well stocked and pool is divine and warm. Smoking is only allowed in a few areas so no smoking in pool or restaurant which I love. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful and great value for money.

An exceptional boutique hotel

I had read the reviews about the Sarojin and thought…it can’t be that good. But it was! It’s an exceptional hotel. We had a jacuzzi suite and it was excellent. But what makes the Sarojin stand out is the staff who work there. You get a sense of a genuinely happy team. The service is excellent. And the all day breakfast was so good. A genuine 5 start hotel that provides a unique and personal service. I would highly recommend!! The story behind the Sarojin is heart warming…an experience we won’t forget!

We were truly satisfied. Both the pool in the common area and the pool in our room were always kept clean and very cozy. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very attentive. There is also a local style restaurant and spa on the beach adjacent to the hotel. Although not operated by the hotel, the food and massages there are really high quality and fine. We spent three days here followed by three days at another resort hotel called “Trisara,” but we were more satisfied with our stay at Sarodin. Regarding the cost of lodging, Sarodin was less than half the price of the Trisara hotel, but we couldn't help but want to stay at Sarodin again. Is it the cheap accommodation cost because it is far from the airport? Anyway, I recommend it!

The staff is what makes the difference! Thank you to each and every one of The Sarojin staff which made our stay an unforgettable one. The breakfast until 18:00 hrs option is amazing. No stress to get up early in the morning to enjoy breakfast. Everything is á la carte and always fresh. Dinner at the Edge (Thai restaurant) was great too! Loved the beautiful beach. However one should know that there is jelly fish out there. We stayed for 6 days and jelly fish was in the water and parts of the beautiful sandy beach in 5 out of 6 days. No one can really predict when they will be there. It could be the season, the current, the temperature…many factors. But you should just know that they could be there and influence your beach experience.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay - the Sarojin is one of the very best places we ever stayed out. We had a room with private pool and it was so lovely to relax there. The amenities/grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the service is excellent, the food is really good, even the western restaurant. The breakfast is amazing. It is not cheap by Thai standards but worth it!
