"They changed it a lot and not for the better. They removed their iconic gift shop completely. TV’s in the room don’t face the bed or any seating in the room (very weird). The bar is still expensive, but the food menu has drunk. They have downsized a lot. I was extremely disappointed with the stay. The Hotel Bel Air is not the iconic place it once was, sadly. "

"The two concierges, Nadia and Helen, are very friendly and helpful. They found me a great room and helped me with getting my taxi when I left. The room was large and had a balcony with flowers. It overlooked an alley, which made for a very quiet room. The AC was through a wall vent and thermostat controlled. "We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed. The staff were beyond amazing and very friendly and helpful room was very new and clean service was top notch. The only this was its not such a kids friendly hotel and not such a vacation vibe it’s more business kind of vibe"
