Matilda, at check in, was enormously helpful with arrangements at Rifugio Auronzo, and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, making reservations for us. "Very cozy, almost bed and breakfast vibes. The views were amazing, and the staff were all very accommodating. Our room wasn’t made up in time when we were checking in so they gave us a free drink and quickly made it up for us. It is about 15 min from downtown cortina, a bit of a windy road getting up and down but quite beautiful. Overall a great two night stay"

"The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. "I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay while in Cortina. It’s the staff that are top notch. Ciro the concierge was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our ski days. "Upon arrival, we were able to pay 15 EU to park right behind the hotel in downtown Cortina. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aquila - our room had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the city and mountains, and the hotel's location is walkable to all the shops and restaurants.
