"Hotel is in an amazing position with stunning views. We had room 306 which has front and side views of the mountain, both from inside the room and from the balcony. There were quite a few dogs barking incessantly within earshot which was annoying but not within the control of the hotel.
Room very spacious and bed comfortable.
Bathroom well appointed with good shower, but shower tray leaked. Good products but some conditioner would be a useful addition.

"This hotel probably gets 4 stars due to having the spa (extra €57 per room) and other amenities. But it's a country hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding views of the lake. A reasonably priced restaurant (best to book) serves good food and the breakfast buffet provides an excellent selection but is very Spanish which works for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Óbal Hotel Marbella and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Marbella.
The location is five-star—right next to the beautiful Old Town and within an easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything else Marbella has to offer. It is hard to imagine a more convenient location for exploring the city on foot.
