"We wanted to stay close to Ronda in accommodation with (free) parking, so chose the Hotel Rural La Hacienda de Ronda, which is an easy 15 minute drive from the town. The hacienda is in a beautiful semi-rural setting, on the road that leads to the area at the foot of the escarpment below Ronda town. Contemporary comfort , customer service at superior level from reception (used whats App for satellite images to guide me down slip road!), Pool looking onto mountains and fields was sublime. "A beautiful small hotel that has been restored to an exceptionally high standard by the current owner Marivi. It is full of original features and has been done with real thought and care. The room we had was nice and spacious with a Juliette balcony that overlooked the street. The bed was large and really comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. We hadn’t realised that Marivi is also a trained chef which became obvious when she cooked and served us an outstandingly good breakfast....
