"This property worked well for the 4 of us (ages 65-72) who stayed for a week. We appreciated the space to store our luggage before our check-in. Kristin was helpful when we had questions. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!"

"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment...
"While bed didn’t have enough cushion and the sounds from upper floor sometimes noisy, it’s reasonable because the price is cheaper than others, location is close to Brigen, and I could use kitchen, microwave and fridge to avoid too much expensive restaurants.
One point we should be careful is actual room we stay might be different from picture and address you see in expedia. The address will be communicated by owner. "
