"When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room."

"It was so nice, friendly, comfortable and enjoyable that I'm looking for an excuse to come back again!! Thanks Guys K"

"The door to the room was hard to open and I felt bad for nearby rooms when I got up in the middle of the night because it was loud too. I called to say I was going to be late there and they said that was fine. The room was massive but the windows were open so it was a bit cold. "Great place to stay when away on business"

"Had a good stay. Could've done with a firmer mattress as that's my preference. Other than that it was all good."

"Great place to stay in palmy north, easy check in, large comfortable room with great view. And right in town with dining and shopping walking distance away. Recommend to all"

"Great little room for me and my daughter for a few nights. A little out of town, but only a 5 minute drive so easy to navigate back into town when needed. Great hot tub too and plenty of parking. Clean room and comfy bed."

"Great location but our unit close to road so traffic noise a nuisance. Shower pressure not good but unit very clean and well prepared. Staff very helpful. Parking outside unit."

"Really handy location. Enjoyed the spa bath in the room. Helpful staff and just an enjoyable stay."

"A very comfortable room"

"Great place for that overnight stay. Friendly people, quiet and warm on a rainy night. Thanks for a great stay"

"Great"

Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...
