"We entered family room 655 and it was dirty, hairs all around the WC room. The shower had foam on the corner, never been dusted and cleaned properly. I reported it at 2am as we arrived very late, the gentleman at reception didn’t even care and didn’t even mention it when I talked at 11am with reception. ..."
