"Es gab leider verschiedene Informationen zum Frühstück. Der frühe Zeitslot war nicht verfügbar. Man sagte uns jedoch, dass wir trotzdem um diese Uhrzeit essen können. Dies wad dann doch nicht möglich. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man frühzeitig fahren muss, aber auch keine Erstattung für den Frühstückspreis erhält. Problemlösung Fehlanzeige. "

"We stayed at this hotel with our baby and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The all-you-can-eat restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of dishes and very tasty food. A special thank you to Sebastian and Katerina for their attentiveness and help. They made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!"

" Very small rooms. Good for an overnight stay, but I would not stay longer!! The bathroom is NOT really a separate room. If you are a couple staying there, you cannot be shy about your biological functions! Did not stay for breakfast and the Bar has limited drinks….no Dirty Martinis. 🙁. "

"It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."

"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."

"Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, dass die Zimmer keine Fenster besitzen. Das war ein großes Minus. Keine frische Luft, nur per Klimaanlage belüftet. Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Extrem kleine Zimmer. Kein Schrank (nur ein Bettkasten). Das Zimmer bestand ungelogen nur aus dem Bett. Im Bad war es immer kalt, keine Möglichkeit der Temparaturregulierung. Aus dem Abfluss roch es permanent nach Gülle. Keine tägliche Reinigung. Personal war freundlich. Sie konnten an...

"The property was perfect. We stayed for six nights and it was so homey and clean and the staff was all amazing. Loved the shuttle and used it almost everyday! My only minor critique would be that the breakfast was pretty simple, mostly breads and it never changed from day to day- would have like to see maybe some scrambled eggs or something different (they did have boiled eggs) but this was the budget inn and it still was very good. Will definitely be staying with Ibis again on our next trip,...

"The Social Hub is a unique lodging. Fun, clever, comfy beds, great coffee, were quick on special requests. Quiet. Cannot beat the location to the Delft train station. Beautiful area. "

"House cleaning left dirty towels in the room for the entire stay we had to ask multiple times for new towels. Waves bar staff were incredibly rude however Marvin and the front desk said he would address these staff about the service we received."

"The people were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are of American sizes and quiet. Nice that you can open a window for fresh air. Terrific view of Schiphol, which I liked. Very nice gym."

"Everything about the hotel was really nice. The location was conveniently located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service from the airport. The only thing I didn’t not like is that you had to pay for shuttle service when leaving and going to the airport. That is inconvenient. Normally hotel shuttle no need extra charges."

"Super charming hotel right in the middle historic central Den Haag. Easy access and walking to variety of restaurants and cafes. Public transit options to get to train station within a short block or two. Highly recommend!"
