"We always love the Hyatt Hill country, with an impeccable staff, fantastic food at Stories restaurant, and the breakfast place! The pool area was nice and clean! We enjoyed the spa and our only suggestion would be to add seating in the spa area, as at the time that we went there was so little seating ..."

"The bathroom floor was so slick that I fell and ended up in the emergency room. The staff was aware but did not do an incident report. I will be contacting my attorney. This hotel caused me to have a 1000.00 ER visit. Might want to reconsider what product you put on your bathroom floors!"
