"No rags and wipes inside unit."

"Most attentive and friendly staff I've ever encountered at hotel"

"It was in the center of the City near Financial district. Good amenities. Near many restaurants. The kitchenette is small."

"Veldig bra sted – koselig, rolig og familievennlig. Det er også lett å komme seg fra punkt A til punkt B. Et trygt og fint område med alt man trenger i nærheten"

I cannot believe anyone would have a bad experience in this hotel with such excellent and committed staff. They will have me coming back again and again. Great experience!!"

Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Definitely service has changed since last year so...

Staff is absolutely nice except for breakfast staff. It seemed either they ate rushing you to take your order or they are on a rush and it’s not even busy. Also, I ordered...
