"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. "Well maintained hotel , good customer service. Breakfast Buffet was very good too. And Free parking as well (unlike some other hotels which are closer to Washington DC). Will recommend this Hampton Inn to any one travelling to the Washington DC Metro area."

"There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10."

"Close to the freeway and easy to find. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Parking was free. Also close to a grocery store. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful to have. However, the ice machines on every floor kept breaking down, which was bad timing because we were there during an intense heat wave. The carpet in the room was dirty and even sticky in one spot. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's got flaws here and there."
