"Nice clean place. Had a problem getting hot water for a morning shower however the Manager quickly made a shower available in the room across the hall. Workout equipment was a bit outdated. Had nice indoor pool and sauna however."

"The air conditioner and refrigerator didn’t work, the ceiling fan didn’t work, the TV had only one channel that played an old Schwarzenegger movie, they put me in a room on the second floor at the end of a hallway and with no elevator it was a PITA to get my stuff to my room. I didn’t complain, it was a room 3 miles from the NE entrance from Yellowstone for $150 for one night - I left at 5:00 AM and didn’t look back. I won’t stay there again."

"We arrived after 8pm and it must have been an inconvenience to the employee. Wasn’t very friendly. We understood it’s an old hotel but whoever is doing their construction work needs some experience in keeping their work neater. For the price of the room, there could be more conveniences to the everyday customers. Bed was not comfortable. It sagged on the sides with a hump in the middle"

"This was a unique and wonderful property. It was clean and quaint and the beds were soooo comfortable. The staff was amazing and the owner has customer services as a priority which is difficult to find these days. She went above and beyond to make our stay happen with amazing care and service. Their breakfast is made to order and the best I have ever had!!"

"No micro wave but very clean and each child gets stuffed toy, made them happy."
