Lovely hotel, excellent location. Staff helpful, lift not working on visit, no air con in room. Carpet and curtains worn and damaged, should be replaced but would recommend

Lovely staff and breakfast. The room itself was good but cleanliness could be improved. Mould around shower and hairs on floors esp in corners with dust. Glass doors covered in bird poo. Comfortable bed but lumpy pillows. Very lively hotel in the centre of Exeter so do take earplugs if you want a ...
