"The toilet was not attached to the floor, the bed was NOT at all comfortable! The place was clean and the staff was amazing. Please note they will charge you to park in the parking lot. They state it is on the web site but I guess you have to look for it. Breakfast was a good spread. I don’t think I will stay again while they are updating. Not horrible but for the the money I will go somewhere else."

The doors are very close together from room to room - and they're very noisy unless someone intentionally thinks to be respectful and close it quietly. 2.) "We stayed in the Sultan's Palace. Amazing room, but layout is cramped and didn't leave a lot of space to open suitcases. Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure.
