"One thing Im sure can be better is cleaner drain systems in the sinks and shower.
Our sink and shower tub had a little sewer smell, and in the shower, the water was draining kinda slow.
That can be avoided if those get cleanup regularly.
I’m sure they are doing the best they can and on everything; this is a constructive review and not a complaint.

"We stayed here on two separate occasions on the same trip, lovely clean room a good size, we reported the curtains not opening and closing properly the reception when we left the on the 1st stay, we were given the same room the 2nd stay a week later and the curtains were still not working properly, but different make much of a difference to the overall stay. We would recommend this hotel."

"Like: the location it was really accessible to the fwy and closed to the business that I was conducting, places to eat and gas stations are near by, indoor pool and jacuzzi are a plus.
Did not like: housekeeping only exchange the towels and empty the trash cans, did not sweep the floor (it was needed since the door did not have a threshold or a sweeper on the door so dust and small debris zip under the door into the room) or made up the bed, neither refill the shampoo and body wash at the...

"Room was okay, A/C was a bit off due to extreme heat. The Bistro apparently only opened for breakfast but we tried to eat there Saturday and it was closed. The major downfall we were advised there were no rooms available on the first floor and there were no elevators. We were there for a 2 day event so we just stayed and checked out early on Sunday. Location wise: close to restaurants ."

"There was some confusion when I checked in about the breakfast I paid for through Expedia, but it was figured out. The staff was friendly. Breakfast choices were above average and not some make your own waffle experience.
Everything was clean, although they forgot to empty out the fridge in my room, but that’s not a big issue.
My biggest complaint is paid parking for a hotel in Bakersfield that isn’t even close to whatever “downtown” Bakersfield is. That is a $10 joke for a property like this....
