"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

"There is no signage for the hotel and we had no TV the entire stay. This is not without efforts to ask for assistance. We had to communicate through Expedia which the only message we received back to our issues was a welcoming response. There were crumbs and food under the couch cushions which we needed for a bed. Our towels were still wet in the washing machine so we dried them. Reception other than one morning felt like we were bothering them yet when the manager turned his screen to show me...
