"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "This is a great hotel really well located for a stay in Stockholm. The food was great and the staff excellent. My only criticism is that kids can’t use the pool. I understand the policy, but it would be good if this could be made clearer to people booking with kids."

"We had a one night stay at Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport Terminal as we were arriving in Stockholm on an evening flight. Following a flight delay we arrived much later than expected and were relieved that we only had a short walk from the airport to our bed for the night. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, or perhaps it was the late night?! Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of options."

"Property was in a good area, walking distance to a lot of things. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We forgot an adapter and they let us borrow one from the front desk free of charge. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Only negative thing was the shower design, there is no lip for the shower so the water goes everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. Overall wonderful stay. "
