"This is hands down the best stay I have ever experienced . My entire family loved it. We did the falconry and enjoyed all the food. The room and property was gorgeous and the staff so incredible"

"Good parking space"

"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"Had a great time here, staying for most of a week in a twin suite with my daughter. Lovely hotel, staff were really polite and friendly. Great breakfast, nice pool and gym. WiFi was fast and stable the whole time. Able to cast to the room's TV without issues. Super convenient for walking to the nearby Edinburgh Park tram stop and train station, so getting in and out of city centre was so easy - didn't need the car once. On which note, parking is a daily fee to a separate parking company,...

"Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y nuevo, descansamos excelente además afuera pasa un bus que llega directo al centro de la ciudad, y al rededor del hotel está muy bonito con mucha naturaleza"

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, except for a very disturbing incident that happened shortly before checkout, at around 10 a.m. The cleaner came to my room twice. The first time, he opened the door and walked in. I immediately told him to leave. A little while later, he came into my room again. I told him three times not to enter, but he ignored me and insisted on coming in anyway. After seeing me naked, he left the door open and did not leave the room. Instead, he stood there staring at...

"The only downside to this property really was the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely humid when we were there and no way to remove the humidity from the room. But it wasn't hot or anything, so not a big deal. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great, everything worked well. I especially loved how declining service came with a perk or a charity donation."

"The room we booked wasn’t prepared, they only had 1 bed. Staff brought in a pullout instead (which was not comfortable and not sufficient for us), at which point we dropped off our bags and went into the city. Upon returning at 7pm we found that we had no blankets for the pullout anywhere, 4 of the 6 ceiling lights were burnt out and we could hardly get light, and there were no staff there for the rest of the night"

"Wonderful stay"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights toward the end of our trip to Scotland. The hotel is housed in an older building, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Overall, we found our room comfortable, although with the colder weather, it was somewhat difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. One important consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, depending on your room's location. I also had breakfast at...

"I really enjoyed my stay, and certainly hope to get back to this hotel very soon. The quality of food at breakfast was incredible."

"Very convenient and comfortable"

"This is a great hotel to stay at everything about it was at excellent or better - they had a gym, room fixed everyday, the staff were so so helpful, it is walking distance from the airport I arrived around 8:30pm at Edinburgh airport after a few queries I walked down to the hotel and the staff set me up in my room within 30 mins and the tram and buses to the city centre leave from the airport ever 10 minutes or less, truly at great spot to stay - very funky, the best hotel I have stayed in in my...

"They had the room ready early, bed was comfortable & absolutely loved the staff!!! So convenient to trams, train & bus stop."
