"Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience."

"Staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish they would have asked for some type of ID before issuing me my room card when I left it in the car. The breakfast option was enough and perfect. I wish they had a “Service request” card to put on the door. In the bathroom the wall has water damaged and possibly mold. "

"Excellent polite staff. Parking was ample and easily accessible. I inspect things in its entirety and my room was well maintained. If anything could be improved I’d say the cooling capacity of the mini fridges that’s it but will continue staying here. The breakfast is the best I’ve experienced from a hotel. Ample amounts, great selection and delicious."
