A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly. "Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off...
