I booked the suite, one of their most expensive rooms, the Phil out bed had old used band aids trapped in between the blankets, old food wrappers underneath, our feet were black after walking bare feet on the floor, the shower had old dry residues of dirt and pubic hair stock to the shower walls. They have no cleaning crew in the evenings or nights, the windows are regular windows so we heard the train passing by all night long and the bedding is thin and limited.
Night supervisor couldn't help at all and in the morning, I talked to the manager and she could not care less about my issues. She said she couldn't do anything g since I booked through a third party (meaning Orbitz). Had a terrible attitude and when I asked for my receipt, she was weirdly defensive telling me not to be rude when I know for a fact I made sure I used it lease and thank you (though tried remaining emotionless, which she interpreted as rude), yielded at me. When she screamed at me that I was rude the third time, I told her maybe she thought that because of cultural differences (I'm sn immigrant) but I assured her I was not trying to be rude, she assumed I was a talking about her culture (probably sane as mine) and shouted that I would not disrispect her culture, to which I had to clarify that ai was talking about my culture, not Hera because I have no clue what her culture is. Booking with a Orbitz seems to be a disadvantage; they will not try to help specially this woman Danielle T.
