"My friend and I who are both pushing 80 were given a room with two beds that were squishy and the room had not been updated.. The toilet was about 6 inches off the floor. Room had old red carpet on floor and furniture was old and rickety. Definitely needs a refresh. Staff should be trained to evaluate the guest to see if they are older or might have some issues and give them the better rooms with better beds and step in showers. "Went to an event close by, was only given one room key which a friend lost. When we got back to the hotel the lobby was closed and a note on the window to call a 24hr number. When we called the number kept disconnecting. Had to go stay at another hotel, when we went back in the morning and showed the call logs, the employee said they received no calls. Told them to check the cameras as well. Contacted management, they never returned my call and still won’t answer me in regards to a refund....

"Very comfortable, convenient, great staff, and clean. I would give it 5 stars but light was out at bedside, conditioner dispiser was empty, and the shower head was very standard and low pressure. I woyld stay again though. "

"Very clean room with good size bathroom, has a good size kitchen with utensils and pots if you want to cook, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Lobby staff is very nice and serves breakfast every morning. Has a gym and pool and area to play sports."
