"Not Impressed at all!! I booked a Riverview room and got a concrete vacant area view instead plus our allotted carpark was very tight between two columns. We could’ve been given a bigger carpark since no one seemed to be using them during our stay. Even though the room looked new it wasn’t maintained very well, there was filthy grout in the shower, long black hairs left in the bathroom, not much toilet paper for two nights and poor quality paper provided. "A lovely place with amazing mountain views, the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything you needed and being close to dayboro was great. Only negative was the noise when the aircon is on it was a loud vibrating noise through the room, we ended up leaving it on fan which solved the issue. Another very minor issue was the TV, it was abit small for how far away the bed/couch was but not a big deal. Would recommend this place to others."

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there.
