"The room was very good, clean and nice size. the staff were VERY nice (the receptionist and the bartender were really lovely). BUT it is a strange 'hotel' situated in a strange office building with a work space, gym available to local residents and a restaurant that closes the kitchen at 7:30pm. To get to your room, you need to go through the gym, work spaces, restaurant and go up one flight of stairs with your luggage (the elevator isnt working). I was also lucky to share the room with respectful and quiet people, which made my stay even more pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything was well maintained. "A lovely hotel in a great location - close to historic centre but away from busy tourist areas. Room was big and very comfortable. Bar and dining room felt a bit soulless, but there are lots of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Everything is ok except for the small shower room. It was so hard to move, even just to shampoo your hair. And the the lavatory is not wide enough to wash your face without knocking the shelf which was installed very low. "

"Chateau Monfort Hotel is a beautiful hotel! It is so beautifully decorated and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was a daily evening stop for a Hugo spritz! The hotel is in a great location making it easy to get around. It's an easy walk to the Duomo, the Galleria and some of the high end shopping streets."

"Great accomodation and walking distance to public transportation and heart of Milan. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan."

"Everything was perfect in the hotel and the location was walking distance from the Duomo/Galleria and great shopping streets. Our tv was on the fritz and staff came that evening and the next morning to get it working again. Not a big problem at all cuz who watches tv when in Milan??!! "
