"Place was conveniently located, close to centre town and cultural activities centres, close to buses. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to laundry facilities, $2NZ for each a washer and dryer. Room had a nice big kitchen with gaz burners. Liked that staff brought fresh towels, coffee, etc in the morning and left it on a chair outside our room. We noted that the room looked fatigued and needed a bit of refreshing. "Overall condition was run down. Price vs quality was not great. Area was not great with people asking for money at night time and knocking on doors and people very disruptive in the area. "
