"Too many noise. Impossible to sleep. Many children in the corridor."

"We arrived very late, and the clerk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant."

"We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏"

"Bed is okay. No noise. They don’t offer free hot water for drink, have to microwave water."

"Very good access into the city via tram."

"Friendly staff and a quiet convenient location just outside Strasbourg."

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

"Outstanding hotel in every way! Great location to walk everywhere. Staff over the top friendly and extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend and will stay there whenever I return to Strasbourg."
