"I was really drawn to the Bastion Amsterdam Airport hotel for the shuttle service. Orange bus we were told. No orange buses came. After about 2 hours of trying to phone someone/anyone with no success, we were told by an AVIS worker what to look for. Our experience after with the shuttle was excellent.
