"The hotel room is exact setting like the room I had in ibis style, but this room is much higher. The parking entrance is very narrow. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it. I first got the password for the main gate, then I drove around the car park and couldn't figure out which parking slots were available, as they all seemed to be blocked by barriers. My friend had to ask the staff again, and...

"Located in the old walking district of Rouen. Many restaurants and free metropolitan museums are a short walk. The Joan of Arc immersive experience and the river are also close. Lots of churches as well."

"We had a beautiful room with the tower just off our balcony. The room and bathroom were bigger than we had expected. It was close enough to walk our luggage to the train station and also walk into the centre of town. A very nice stay."
